Tethys
Tethys is a barren, tidally locked moon orbiting Avalon, with one side perpetually scorched by sunlight and the other shrouded in a frozen eternal darkness. Unlike its lush sister moon Orpheus, life on Tethys clings to the narrow Twilight Band, a habitable strip of land where the two extremes meet. Though inhospitable, Tethys serves as a strategic location for the Eternal Empire, which maintains an imperial outpost on the Twilight Band.
