Orpheus
Orpheus is a habitable moon of Avalon, primarily known for its role as the Eternal Empire's resource-rich colony. It is marked by its large, harsh desert known as the Wildlands, and the oppressive imperial control of the surrounding colonies. Orpheus is both the Empire’s lifeblood and its greatest challenge. Its resources are vital to Avalon's power, but the rebellion brewing in the Wildlands and colonies themselves, represents a constant threat to imperial dominance. For indents and rebels, Orpheus is a land of suffering and resistance—a battlefield for freedom against tyranny.
The United Colonies
The United Colonies represent the Eternal Empire's stronghold on Orpheus. These heavily fortified regions are industrial hubs focused on extracting the moon’s vast resources to fuel Avalon's magitech-driven economy and military. They stand as beacons of imperial control, tightly regulated and oppressive, in stark contrast to the untamed Wildlands.
