"Head of the IAA for 30 years. She's a renaissance woman who is known for her influence and knowledge. Tries to keep the IAA together as best as she can but you know what they say about more than one artificer in a building."
Born to two wealthy researchers, Miranda was destined to be one of the intellectual greats from birth. Her parents put her through a vast array of educational experiences and at the age of 16 was accepted into the IAA as the youngest student ever enrolled. Specializing in Constructs and their implementations, she has created a multitude of constructs and Machine spirits to power said construct. Responsible for the Cerberus K9 Units and their upkeep.
