Captain of the Wardens' Watch
This position is appointed by the Braelin River Warden and Braelin Road Warden. If there is disagreement between them, then the Reeve of Braelin decides (though if one of the two is also the Reeve, then this makes the disagreement moot).
The Captain of the Wardens' Watch generally reports to the respective Wardens within their spheres of influence, and to the Reeve for matters relating to festivals, general crime/investigations, guilds, or things outside of Braelin.
