Death
Everyone lives twice in Rey'pelulent. When a creature dies its soul, for lack of a better word, manifests in The Sea where it remains for 12 mortal hours. Whilst in the sea the creature is "processed". It is determined how the creature will live on. For most creatures there is a 50% chance of becoming an undead version of itself on the next plane, a 49% chance of being reborn on the next plane in a completely different body but with a similar, if not identical personality, and a 1% chance of this choice being unwittingly made by the creature. (when the choice is left up to the creature more outcomes are possible such as transporting unchanged into the next plane, actually reincarnating on the next plane, being born a changeling and getting affected by both effects, or being killed right then and there before getting a second chance at life) (In Gameplay: The player rolls 1d100 with 1-50 being undeath and 51-100 being reincarnation the GM also rolls 1d100 to determine the number required to give the player the unwitting choice.)
