Valttutettu - Sword
The sword named Valttutettu was commissioned by King Altti "the Silver King" at the origins of the Puna River in the Redcrest mountains. The sword was desired by Altti as a symbol of his unwavering determination to protect Doria and slay its enemies, with war with Redoria raging, Altti had taken his royal household north to bolster the region and prepare his forces for battle even in the steep mountain passes north of Nasjola and in the Puna Valley.
The sword itself was of a great length, perhaps only manoeuvrable with two hands, and featured incredibly ornate carving and inlays. Altti would go on to claim that the sword had been inhabited by the soul of the great hero Valttutettu - Sword after his victory against the Redorians. His sword would long be kept as an important heirloom by the monarchs and noble rulers of the region for millennia after Altti's death, having been moved repeatedly and serving many different ceremonial purposes (as well as occasional war campaign travels - though never used in combat) the sword would often be returned to the location of Altti's coronation as King and eventual burial site at the great hall of Ilpamett.
