An armored blackened wraith vampire war troll who served as one of the generals of the Dark Lord imprisoned in the Crypt of the Sacred Hollow.
On top of his immense physical prowess and near-invulnerability, Blackheart reversed all healing in his local area, meaning magical healing caused harm instead and regeneration became progressive degradation.
He was killed in 24 ARL by Kelsey of Kaelund and her adventuring party, after that group of grandmaster warriors disabled their own healing, parried all of the general's attacks, and opted to take their time testing weak points until they found the few vulnerabilities and overwhelmed him with targeted physical damage.
