South Gelze Museum and Art Gallery
South Gelze Museum and Art Gallery is part of the Sudo Community Centre, and open to the public with free admission. It opened in 1456 (Empire Calendar) and has survived several attempts to close it down, a fire, and two attempts to censor its exhibitions.
The art gallery features work by local artists, both living and dead, including one painting by a renowned Gelze painter which has received many offers from bigger art galleries to buy it, none of which have been accepted.
The museum is considered more controversial. It claims not to be political, just to represent the country's history accurately; however this includes accurate depictions of Modi's being conquered by Anttanica, which is usually heavily edited when taught in schools within the Anttanican Empire. Although Empire officials have attempted to close or censor the museum, it is protected under an ancient Modi law which Anttanica has yet to figure out how to get around.
