Short description about each group and their history with the pirate crew
Armani's warehouse, is a yacht and small shipping supply store on Plage de Sable. Armani the owner, has a lot of contacts, to which the pirates can sell their loot.
A.G. Trading, is a store that sells the 'three A's' Armours, Arms and Ammunition. This store is where the pirate crew acquire all their weaponry. Or sell off some things they find.
The Bolivarian Navy of Venezuela has an enormous grudge against the pirates after they got involved in the ABC War.
Eddie Half-hand, absolutely hates Peter and his pirate crew, almost any interaction results in a fight.
El Patético, the mystery criminal organisation, with fingers in all pies. The pirates have several run-in's with them.
Knights of Rhodes, religious fanatics who try to rid the world of piracy.
Order of the Bee, the magistrate personally loaths Rose, and she set the Knights of Rhodes after her.
Royal (British) Navy, any self respecting navy doesn't like pirates, but the crew hasn't had any run ins with them.
Royal Netherlands Navy, are well aware of the existance of the pirates, but after saving their ass in the ABC war, they are looking the other way.
Trading for Profit Shipping Company, lost a ship to the pirate crew, but then hired them to help gain an edge on the a competition.
Two Stars, they built the Red Sunrise, which the pirates took without paying. Creating a new enemy.
USA Coast Guard, after the accident with the Sea Hawk, they are desperate to hunt the pirates down.

I don't know why, but listing the British Navy as 'unaware' of the pirates' presence made me giggle. :) This is a great overview article. I really like that you have talked about how they all relate to the crew.
