Eddie Half-hand's Buccaneers

Eddie Half-hand is a minor pirate who roams Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean and eastern South-American coast. The group he has gathered around him call themselves Buccaneers. Not paying any attention to the historic meaning of the name. They use fast small motor boats to rob anyone they set their sights on from their valuables, and they aren't afraid to use violence to get their way.

These buccaneers don't have one boat they use all the time, but often change boat when they think another one is better, or when the one they are using inevitably breaks.

Their Black flag depicts an hourglass, to signal the time is up for whoever is their prey, and a green hand with missing fingers. Why green? Good question, nobody knows. (See also: Pirate flag of Eddie Half-hand). Fun fact, Eddie is actually missing the three fingers of his left hand, as depicted on the flag. You might think he has some cool pirate story on how he lost those fingers, but no, he was drunk and played with fireworks.

Pirate vs Pirate

Peter had spotted a small coaster, it was drifting out to sea, not on a route you'd normally expect it. He had all the sails up on the Narwhal and had just hoisted their pirate flag, steering the Narwhal to the starboard side to start a boarding action. When suddenly from the other side a motor boat came speeding, bouncing on the waves, black smoke from it's exhaust. A black rag with green smudge flapping from one of the antennas. Linning up to board the coaster from the port side!

"SHIT! Michael get back!" He shouted, just too late. His crew was already on the deck of the coaster and running towards the bridge. When bullets started flying wild. Eddie had opened fire and was turning the small accommodation into a sieve. The pirate crew had dropped flat to deck to stay out of the lead hail storm. Some of them opening fire towards the motor boat.

Peter finally managed to get a message across, and his guys came crawling back to the Narwhal. When they all got onboard he immidiatly steered the Narwhal away making sure to keep the coast in between him and Eddie Half-hand. Luckily no one was injured. But the main sail of the Narwhal was riddled with holes. But luckily which ever drunk Buccaneer was shooting at them from the deck of the coaster couldn't aim.

This prize Half-hand could have, what ever there was to get onboard of the coaster Peter didn't feel like it was worth it to risk his whole crew in a gun fight with a madman for it.
