Sharon Simmons

President of the H.O.A. of Sunflower Hill, Sharon Simmons is a force to be reckoned with. She controls a substantial portion of the monetary flow in Red Oak Bluffs, moving money from her wealthy neighborhood to projects and businesses that push the town toward her vision. Thanks to the fees levied against her neighbors (every now and then she tests the waters by calling them her "constituents"), she is able to back many projects, worming her way on to as many boards as she can. She rubs elbows with everyone who has any real influence in the town, whether they want to or not.   A busybody and a snoop to her very core, Sharon is not shy about stepping on toes while trying to get what she wants. Minor things like trespassing, petty theft, or planting of evidence don't trouble her in the slightest when they will help her achieve her goals.
