The Celestial Council

The Council consists of thirty-four celestials, each having been hand-picked by one of the twenty two gods. The Council members represent their god and are also tasked with being the leaders of the different groups of caeles.

Each Council member is one of the best examples of what their god values, whether that be martial prowess, healing, compassion, or anything else that god seems important. While most gods only have one council member, some who deal with a large worship or mortals or whose purpose encompasses many different facets may have two.

There is a long tradition with council members also being brokers of peace or facilitating safe zones during times of celestial conflict. This became necessary when the God’s Revolt started. Pitched battles and safe cities were designated by council members.

Council members are granted wings and additional magic from their god.
