A New Kind of Investigator

Founding

After an encounter with a mysterious super-powered individual, Maurice Williams is approached by Richard Briggs of the Dustria City Police Department. Briggs offers Maurice a job with the DCPD after seeing his selfless work saving a residential area from burning to the ground. He tells Maurice about a new investigations unit he is assembling to combat the new threat to Dustria City. Briggs introduces Maurice to the other two members of this Special Investigations Team, Elizabeth Walters and Alexander Rite. Maurice accepts the offer and the SI Team of the DCPD's 17th Precinct is born.
