Neil Sanders, after turning down multiple offers to join the Dustria City Police Department, is confronted by Evan Dawson and Mason Stone, attempting to coerce him into joining with Gemstone Industries. When he turns down this offer, the men turn violent and attack Neil. In the midst of defending himself while trying not to cause property damage at the construction site he works at, he is joined by Maurice Williams and Thomas Jones of the DCPD's Special Investigations Team, and together the trio fends off Dawson and Stone. Presented with one final offer to join the DCPD, Neil accepts on the grounds that he is allowed to operate at his own pace.
