While the Guardians of the Guildpact are delivering The Felicity Triskelion Ophyira for safekeeping in the Palace of Pain's Pleasure, Garrok Badar arrives. Sylas Badar heroically confronts his father, and nearly escapes with Garrok's sword, which has a magical signature that contains Guildpact Magic. However in a turn of events, Sylas is killed by his father. As his last act, Sylas heroically sacrifices himself to save the rest of the Guardians of the Guildpact from certain death. Garrok escapes with his sword.
