• Captain Hargrim Stonebeard- a grizzled and disciplined dwarf who commands the city guard and is a former Kings Ranger. He has been placed in charge of taking out local rebel resistance, however he is a secret rebel sympathizer and is helping them avoid his own forces.

With a keen eye for detail and a natural affinity for numbers, she has a reputation for being both efficient and resourceful. Isabella is known for her ability to manage the city's coffers and ensure a healthy economy. She keeps a watchful eye on trade transactions and tax collection, ensuring that the city's financial interests are protected. While she is focused on numbers and figures, Isabella also possesses a compassionate side and actively supports initiatives to improve the quality of life for the city's inhabitants.
• Montague- commonly known as "Polished Shoes," is the enigmatic leader of the Weaver's operations in Norcross. Possessing a suave demeanor and a silver tongue, he is a master manipulator and a skilled schemer. He navigates the underworld with finesse, overseeing various illicit activities such as smuggling, extortion, and organized crime. Despite his criminal inclinations, Victor maintains a certain code of honor and integrity, earning the loyalty and respect of those who work under him. He is a shadowy figure, operating in the city's darkest corners, and his influence reaches far and wide.

• Weavers Criminal Syndicate- helping the rebels smuggle goods through the city, at a reasonable cost.
• Benet's brigade- operates a garrison in the city to enforce impirial law. Its leader however is secretly sympathetic to the rebel cause, and allows them to continue to operate and give warnings.
• Peoples man- Magnus Stoneheart is a well respected local figure, who's word carries great weight with the people of this town.
• Rebels- based out of a camp outsside the city, led by Serena Stormarrow.

Local Quests-

• Eliza Fairweather, the warm-hearted resident of Willowbrook, seeks the help of adventurers to locate her missing family heirloom—a delicate silver locket with intricate engravings. Eliza suspects it was stolen during a recent gathering at her home. She asks the adventurers to investigate and follow any leads, including questioning fellow residents and searching for any suspicious activities in the neighborhood. The locket holds immense sentimental value to Eliza, and she offers a modest reward for its safe return.
• Magnus Stoneheart, the no-nonsense overseer of Ironwood Enclave, seeks assistance in dealing with an out-of-control automaton guard, CA-0372 (nicknamed Ironclad). The automaton has developed a glitch in its programming, causing it to exhibit unpredictable behavior and pose a threat to the workers and operations in the district. The adventurers are tasked with either repairing the malfunctioning automaton or finding a way to safely deactivate it, ensuring the safety of the workers and restoring order to Ironwood Enclave.
• Samuel Hawthorne, the wise resident of Oakwood known for his herbal remedies, faces a dilemma. He urgently needs a rare and elusive herb known as the Silverleaf, which is said to possess powerful healing properties. However, the Silverleaf can only be found deep within the treacherous forest on the outskirts of Norcross. Samuel asks the adventurers to venture into the dense woods, navigate its dangers, and locate the elusive herb. In return, Samuel promises to share his extensive knowledge of herbalism and offer potent potions as a reward for their successful retrieval of the Silverleaf.
• A monsterous creature has been attacking farmers on the outskirts of the city while out in the feilds. No one has been killed yet, but there is an open bounty for whoever can bring it's head in. This creature is actually a Slaadi, who's target and former master were killed. It then found a cruel shepard, ate him, and took over his flock. One of his sheep have gone missing, and he is simply looking for his sheep, which was taken by one of the farmers. This creature can't speak, but is inteligent enough to draw pictures and try to communicate.
• There is a Caravan on its way through coming from the north. It is being led by a retired Brigader comander, very welathy individual, and is carrying taxes collected form the northern settlements. The majority of its large gaurd force will depart to reinforce the city, so the rebels are going to try an ambush it and take all the supplies as it heads south out of the city. A minor haord of wealth.

It serves as a refuge for a group of disgraced former members of the Kings Rangers, along with stolen automatons and local volunteers who have rallied against the oppressive rule of the current new Impirials. The camp consists of makeshift tents and crude wooden structures, camouflaged among the towering trees and thick undergrowth, providing shelter and a base of operations for the rebels.

He is a repurposed laboring automaton, that has been upgraded with small arms to help in combat, but still possesses incredible strength.
