Basic Information
Anatomy
The miaje walks on all fours. They have a form similar to a ruppell's fox. They are quite muscular and are capable of remaining under water for up to 4 hours due to their ability to store large amounts of oxygen in their blood and muscle tissue.
Genetics and Reproduction
miaje reproduce sexually. The entire species has both reproductive organs and thus can reproduce with one another. Mating is often done in the dry seasons. Within a nest (often 5-6) each assume a survival role; birth giver, care giver, or life sustainer. Birth giver strictly reproduces to produce offspring for their nest, care givers strictly care for the nest, and life sustainers supply the nst with the neccessary things to sustain life such as food, shelter, protection etc. Nests often have one-two birth givers, two caregivers, and two life sustainers. Roles are often switched and swapped depending on a pacts needs however a birtgiver is known to keep their role for life.
Growth Rate & Stages
miaje start off as babies and quickly learn to walk within minutes. Their abilities are often instinctual and are learned through observation of the life sustainer.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities
miaje are capable of fusing its physical form with water and temorarily turn its form into a liquid like state. It's known to do this when faced with preditors.
