Shimaki
The town is a prosperous fortress at the Heiyan pass into Shinoyama. Under Lord Taisho's direction, the fortress has expanded to be far greater than when he came into power (30 years ago, when his father died).
There's a strict curfew at nightfall because of the Yaman agents that have infiltrated the population lately.
Government
Shimaki is ruled by Okazaki Taisho and his wife Maeda Taisho. They are well regarded by the townspeople. The lord and lady are known for some of their more eccentric behaviors, but who are the common people to make comment about this?
