Feather in the Wind A.K.A. Windy is a tabaxi woman who currently serves as the Master of Whispers for the city of Bhurnfaldur. She is young (32 years old) but comes from one of the most distinguished clans of private investigators in all of Primordia, The Greybrand. Her network of spies and informants is massive and spans most of the developed world. In her office is an enormous collection of sending stones that she uses to keep tabs on the rest of the world. These are constantly bringing in new information, so much so that she had to entrust an assistant to answer the calls while she is conducting her business. Luckily her assistant, d'An , can be trusted as they too are a member of the Greybrand.
Windy is reluctant to trust new people but trusts those vouched for by her circle. She is very cautious and tends to want to learn as much as possible before committing to a course of action. She is very good at balancing what it right for the city with what will benifit her and her circle.
