Erebos Ridge

Separated from the main continent of Fornalix by the cataclysmic event known as The Rending , Erebos Ridge lies in isolation, shrouded in perpetual twilight and swathed in ominous, swirling mists. What makes Erebos Ridge even more legendary is its rare and coveted ore—Erebonite. Infused with the very essence of shadow, this dense, dark metal is known for its ability to cloak magic and enhance dark arts. However, its immense weight makes it nearly impossible to transport off the island. Despite this, a small clan of gnomish tinkerers, known as the Shadowforge, has carved out a life here. For centuries, they have toiled in the shadows of the island's dangerous cliffs, mining the Erebonite with strength and ingenuity. Over time, they have become extraordinarily strong, their muscles honed by constant work with the dense, heavy ore. These tinkerers have developed clever mechanisms to extract the precious material and create intricate contraptions, using the ore's unique properties to fuel their inventions.
