Personal history
Michael Delaphino was born in Los Angeles, CA to a very rich, middle aged family with 3 other children. Michael came out completely orange and his family was disgusted. They immediately put him up for adoption. He spent his first 6 years in foster care before being adopted by a great, loving family who accepted him for his personality and didnt care about his skin or powers. They took him to a public school system in North California where he was bullied endlessly. One day in his freshman year of highschool there was rumor of a school shooting, but everyone took it as a joke. Eventually the shooter actually did show up, and sadly took the lives of 3 sophmores. Michael transphormed into a griffin and took out the shooter, but he wasn’t able to take him out before he took the lives of those 3 students. Michael was revered as a hero at his school after this, but he didn’t want that title. He wanted all of this attention he was recieving to go to the victims of this shooting. Eventually, by the time Michael was 16, he dropped out of highschool because he wanted a fresh start away from this place. All he could think about was the shooting and how he didn’t save those three students. He thanked his adopted parents and told them that he had to leave to join the Teen Ten where he could be a real hero and hopefully save people before any harm reached them.

Michael has had very intense confusion with his gender due to his ability to change his physical composition and chromosomes in the proccess. Ultimately, he came to the conclusion that he wants to be the version of him he was born as because that’s the version of him he loves the most.
