Personal history
Matteo Maridueña was born in Tyler, Texas to a family of first generation Americans escaping trouble with the cartel in Mexico. He grew up extremely loved and moved to Ferigon City at the age of 11 and showed extreme promise as a student. He skipped 4 grades and graduated high school at the age of 14. Five days after his high school graduation, Matteo returned home to find his family had been killed by the Cartel while he was hanging out with a few friends. He tracked them down and single handedly apprehended each one of the cartel members based in Ferigon City who were linked to his family's death, which ended up being 41 total. Each one of the cartel members were individually tied up, reported to the police, and knocked out by Matteo, who had no previous combat experience. After this restless and emotional day, Matteo realized two things. One, he had a knack for fighting, watching from the shadows, and tracking people down, and two, he would never let crime hurt the people he loved again. He quickly made a name for himself and raised money through saving over 25 people in 5 weeks. In late April of 2018, Matteo founded the Teen Ten, a Superhero team dedicated to stopping crime in Ferigon City and hopefully one day, across the entire planet.
