Personal history
Assirem was born in Tlemcen, Algeria to a middle class family. She grew up studying Islam/Sufi under her religious parents. When she was 10, night fell over the city of Tlemcen and the sun was hours away from rising, when a historic worldwide event known as Duskfall occurred. A meteorite struck her parents bedroom, pinning them underneath it. They called out to her from underneath the rubble. She woke up two hours later and immediately rushed to their room after seeing her ceiling slightly caved in. Her parents were already dead by the time she came in. A small, purple being, that turned out to be a mutated, one of a kind, Zepharid Cinder came out of the meteorite. She was sobbing so she didn't even see it. She felt a hot spark on her hand and looked up. She gasped as the Creature flew into her ear and made it into her brain. The Zepharid cinder enhanced her physicals slightly (2x in strength, speed, and reaction time) and gave her purple plasma abilities like normal, but the mutation allowed her to fly at high speeds and she has durability that only Zepharid Lord's give their hosts. She became extremely powerful, but crime in Tlemcen isn't through the roof, so she was never that busy. Eventually, The Reaping occurred and The Oracle called out for any and all available superheroes to defend Bwahoki. Under her new Superhero name, Princess Plasma, she flew until she saw the battlefield. She fought well and caught the attention of the Teen Ten who were down a member after losing Oceanboy.
