Oceanboy

Fliish was born to a loving Neptunian mother who fell in love with an eastern blue grouper who died shortly after creating Fliish. Fliish grew up in Néphoros alongside many oceanic friends, but mainly Neptunians. One day, a comic of world famous Superhero, "Dolphin Man" drifted across the surface of the water and was brought down by Néphorian scouts. They planned on burning it, deeming it as just another piece of trash that the Humans let drift to their waters, but Fliish begged to keep it. He re-read the comic "Dolphin Man vs. The Deepwater Warrior" over 40 times and was in awe of the superhero world. He trained in combat against sharks, dolphins, Neptunians and even a whale. He showed extreme promise and snuck off one night. He headed west until he washed up on the shores of Georgia. He kept heading mainland, getting stared at, mocked, and bullied. He couldn't understand what they were saying, but understood their judgement. He eventually ended up in Ferigon City, where he hid out until night and stopped a robbery. Niteowl watched him in amazement, seeing vast potential and strength in this young fish man. Niteowl followed him that whole night from the rooftops and watched "Oceanboy" which was Fliish's new chosen superhero name, beat criminal after criminal. Niteowl approached him and realized that he couldn't speak English, so he created a translator in an hour. Oceanboy and Niteowl talked about being superheroes for the rest of that night. Luckily for Oceanboy, the Teen Ten was down a member due to Cracker Jack leaving. Oceanboy joined the Teen Ten and Niteowl sent him on a mission to test his strength. Hellhands had just broken out of prison, and Niteowl believed Oceanboy was strong enough to take him on by himself. Hellhands was located in a lair in the sewers of Ferigon City, where he was being guarded by a group of possessed criminals. The Teen Ten took on the 30-35 criminals, while Oceanboy would swim into the lair and fight Hellhands one on one. The plan went according to plan, with Oceanboy landing a powerful punch on Hellhands that he believed knocked him out. Ocean boy turned around to see Niteowl watching from the ceiling smiling. Oceanboy screamed out in Doaom, "Me did it!" as he pointed to Niteowl. Niteowl smiled back to him, but his smile quickly faded. Niteowl saw Hellhands rise up behind Oceanboy. The villain put his two serrated arms into Oceanboy's back and pulled them to the sides quickly, splitting oceanboy in half, killing him instantly.
