Half-Mast
The Half-mast serves as mostly a place of lady favors, but still has a tavern for drinking. There are no rooms for staying. The tavern is built of wood with a reddish-brown shade to it. They also don’t serve any real meal, they have some fruits or similar but nothing that can be seen as dinner.
The owner is Fabiano Rosa, a brown-skinned human with a small scruffy dark brown afro. He has a very playful, and playboy-ish personality and usually wears a wine-red suit. He is aided by his brother Mica, who handles the bar as well as the waitress Elina.
