The rank of mayor is granted to the ruler of Pookland and only the ruler of Pookland. The current holder is Charlie and he is the ruler/mayor of Pookland.
Anyone who claims the title must first read The Mayoral Commandments and agree to them.
Requirements
A good mayor must be kind and good-hearted.
Duties
A good mayor must help his people grow and not fight each other.
Responsibilities
A good Mayor must look after his people.
Benefits
A good mayor has power over his subjects.
Accoutrements & Equipment
A good mayor does not need equipment to be able to rule.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
A good mayor only resigns when he dies.
