The Mayoral Commandments

A Good mayor always get elected on his first try.   A Good mayor does the right choice.   A Good mayor must be kind and good-hearted.   A Good mayor must help his people grow and not fight each other.   A Good mayor must look after his people.   A Good mayor has power over his subjects.   A Good mayor does not need equipment to be able to rule.   A Good mayor is liked by his people.   A Good mayor must not be biased.   A Good mayor resigns only when he dies. 

Purpose

The purpose is to make the mayor understand how to rule.
