Confederacy of Conservative Factions
The Inferno State, officially the Confederacy of Conservative Factions (CCF), commonly referred to as the Inferno State, better know as "Scythi" or simply "The Confederacy", is a reactinary oligarchic faction in Terra Flammae. The Confederacy is comprised several minor factions that declared a political union in July 24 of 1007 and warred against the UDI during the chaos that is the Second Infernian Civil War.

The relationship of the CCF and the URF is one of extreme political and ideological hostility. The cause of said hostility roots from several causes: The more obvious is the many disagreements on certain policies that Infernia should follow in order to recover properly after the Civil War ends. For example, the CCF believes that Infernia should continue its 500-year-old isolation with the outside world while the URF thinks that ending it would give more benefits than it does risk.
