Vastaria
The Land of the Elves
Geography
Vastaria is a haven of incredible natural beauty. The predominant feature of the country is the Firani Forest, but Renacitur also boasts sweeping plains and the northernmost peaks of the Five Lords Mountain Range. The Five Lords Mountains form the northern border of Vastaria. On the western border lies Lake Encarthan, and the northern and eastern borders are formed by the Glass River, the West Sellen River, and the Sellen River, which flows to the Sea.
Tanglebriar
The exception of the immense beauty of Vastaria is the Tanglebriar, the demon-haunted area between the eastern edge of the Firani Forest and the northern edge of the Five Lords Mountains but became something far more sinister when Treerazer was banished there. The demonic essence of the demon lord and his minions has corrupted the forest, turning it into a dark swamp where the light of the sun rarely reaches the ground, and evil fey cavort with Abyss-spawned demons.
Ecosystem
They are a vast grassland beginning on the western border of Enacitur, that stretches from the borders to the north Iceland of the forgotten temples.
These plains are home to a myriad of creatures including cockatrices, worgs, locusts, and bulettes. Bison are also common in the Eastern portion of the Whistling Plain. Lions live on the plains, including a breed of grisantian lions sired by the legendary grogrisant. A species of seed-eating weaverbirds, known as queleas, also live on the plains, congregating in large flocks.
Depending on where they are located, each ecosystem could alter and change based on its own environment.
Localized Phenomena
The Central Point of the Planet that is connected to the Leyline Hub is located within this area of the land, which sends out magic
The Five Lords Mountains - There is said to be a dungeon that spans across each of the mountain points, said to teleport or cause wild gravity swings to those who travel between.

Natural Resources
The Forest's of Firani have an abundance of wood, holy water is treated on these plants to remove their demonic essence with the connection to the demon however due to its nature of expanding the land. An endless supply of wood can be gathered here and taken for natural resources.
Along with the dwarfs of the undermountain of the Five Lords, they share resources that are collected and sold outward to the sea, since the elves have resources in natural resources and wood. Along with the assortments of endless farms that host such creatures they are able to gather resources and make artisan goods of all kinds that are shipped to areas.
History
Vastaria may not always have been known as Vastaria and has not always had the same borders as it has today, but it has always been the spiritual homeland of the elves. It is unknown exactly how long elves have resided there. Before Earthfall, the elves did not measure time in any meaningful way, only by the great astrological cycles and the ebb and flow of the seasons. Certainly Vastaria was inhabited for a very long time before Earthfall, as numerous ruins of monuments, buildings, fountains, orreries, and sculptures still dot the forests north of the Five Lords Mountains. The elves lived in harmony with the land during this period, as the structures they built seem to grow from the landscape itself.
Earthfall
Despite the innumerable years the elves had spent dwelling amongst the vast forests and rolling fields of their homelands, they were forced to abandoned their ancient home during the calamity. The elven seers foresaw the coming of the Starstone and the devastation it would wreak on Caelum. Seeing no other alternative, the elves retreated from Vastaria via a magical gate known as the Sovyrian Stone to the mysterious realm, from which they are rumored to have originated. They left behind little more than legends and fantastical, ruined cities.
Some elves remained on Vastaria as stewards of their former homes and ancient cities, or out of a loyalty for Vastaria, while others believed that they could survive the coming apocalypse or believed that the seers were simply wrong.
These who remained behind went their various way after Earthfall, surviving as best they could in the new, harsher world, and slowly growing away from the old, elven culture. Many assimilated into human cultures.
The Five Lord Mountains
The Five Lord Mountains were not always populated by the dwarves. They believe that Ra himself forged the first of them deep in the Darklands during the Age of Creation, where they continued to live and work quite happily throughout their early history.
The Quest for the Mountains
The massive earthquakes caused by Earthfall not only devastated the surface, but shook the dwarves’ darklands tunnels as well. Their priests declared that this was fulfilment of the prophecy. An initiated a mass migration of all dwarves to the surface known as the Quest for Mountains. Some dwarves refused their call and chose to remain in their ancient cities. Over the millennia, those left behind were transformed by their environment into an entirely new species: the duergar.
Geography
The Five Elven Lord mountains are harsh and dangerous. The mountains are mostly rocky with occasional plateaus. They are home to giants and bloodthirsty wildlife that roam its skys. There are a few natural resources worth exploiting, while there are some settlements that could be found closer to the foothills, these even with their elvish names are heavily populated by dwarves, having one of the largest center of dwarven culture mixed with elvish culture on the planet.
At the forested foothills, dwarven lumber-mills work to procure timber and firewood to support tunnelling operations, and to provide light and heat below the surface.
There are massive iron gates that are decorated with dwarvish ambassador kings and elvish faces, some eroded while some remain decently recognisable. These are mainly used to protect the city otherwise inaccessible plateaus allow the stout folk to cultivate crops and provide grazing land for their herds. Additionally, a large number of iron-grated tunnels ensure that fresh air reaches even the deepest tunnels, and smoke and toxic gases can be safely vented away. Reservoirs have been built that catch the seasonal snow-melt and fill the subterranean cisterns with clear water.
Underground, the dwarves have done miracles of engineering. Deep inside the mountains lie sprawling megalopolises that stretch the length of the Five Lords Range. Nearly all dwarven settlements of the Five Lords Mountains are linked by long tunnels, though there are occasional tunnel collapses, or tunnels that are sealed on purpose, in places like Droskar's Crag or the sealed-off ancient city of Saggorak. Dwarves are forced to travel above ground in these cases. The stout folk have constructed sturdy, iron gates throughout these tunnels, having learned their lesson during the previous orc invasions. The gates are usually open to help the travel between the cities. For safety reasons. the dwarven cities are arranged in dozens of discrete semi-autonomous caverns.
Tunnels and caverns are supported by enduring vaulted arches. The dwarven tunnels are well planned, smoothed, and rune-curved, and the halls and passages of the dwarven cavern-cities are hung with rich tapestries and banners to honor of their history, heroes, leaders, and gods.
Despite the ability of their race to see in the dark, most of the inhabited areas in the dwarven settlements are lit by oil lamps, tallow candles, torches, or magic spells, because the dwarves appreciate colour and the play of light. Their mines are never lit with true fire due to the existence of explosive gases
