The Traders Guild

Originated in the great trading city of Er'In. It is a world-wide organization protecting traders of all societies across Incontinence. At the time of its inception just about anyone could simply say they were from the guild, causing many to be wary. It is now significantly harder to get into The Traders Guild. There is an induction ceremony once a year in each major city, all races and cultures are welcome, no matter the policies of the local government. The Guild conducts a thorough background check into all its members and has strict rules that if broken will result in a punishment ranging from being stripped of your association, to prison-time, or even death in the most severe cases.   Rules: 
1. Do not kill any member of the guild (unless under direct orders from The Syndicate)
2. Do not use the Traders Guild's good name for personal gain
3. No member of the Traders Guild has the power to start any major conflict, such as war or skirmishes.
