Balikay
Balikay is a small, impoverished village whose rugged people endure the challenges of harsh weather and economic hardship. It is a place of woodcutters, farmers, and fishermen, working the land, forests, and sea with perseverance and pride. Though life in Balikay is difficult, the villagers are known for their strong work ethic and tight-knit community.
The village is governed by a local mayor, Mayor Adalsada Mendacian, appointed by the crown to oversee the needs of the people and ensure the village remains productive and orderly. While resources are scarce, the people of Balikay make do with what they have, maintaining traditions and holding onto hope for a better future.
