An Undone selkie, Father Bailey is a member of the Society of St. Leopold and bearer of the Friar's Cross.
The Friar's Cross was taken and destroyed by Kabuki Joe, and Father Bailey himself was killed by Dec Kelpie. His coat is now in the possession of the Chrome Riders motley.
