Arlintian

Arlintians are known for thier red shoes and gloves. While outdoors and in public is it customary for Arlintians to wear either a pair of red shoes or red gloves. No one knows for sure where the custom originated, but it is said that the first settlers came out of the mountains wearing tattered rags of thier former clothes, as well as red shoes and gloves, and Arlintians have been doing so ever since.

A lot of Arlintian art is sea based, of water and ships, and some arcitectural artists who've tried to capture the chaotic nature of the city's infrustructure. The city itself having very little of arcitecture built for beauty, but instead built to wistand and grow upward.

Due to thier connection to the nearby oceans and the edges of Coldmist Forest offering little in the way of farmlnd, Arlintians are large consumers of fish and other seafood. And over the years have developed a vast number of seafood based dishes from street food to elite delicacy.
