Whisper has been raised from a young age to become the ruler of Icea. She's had access to the best tutors money can buy in one of the most intellectually rich cities in the kingdom. However, she had not been trained to become a queen until recently.

Whisper is the Crown Princess, which means she spends most of her time preparing for when she will take the throne. She does do work as a foreign dignitary or ambassador at times due to her mild manner and strong people skills, which also helps her build first-hand knowledge for her to employ once on the throne.
