Brought up in the royal family as the only heir to the kingdom. His parents have always had a prejudice against mixed breeds and have passed on this to their son. The reason for this is not fully understood, but the current rumor is that either the family had something stolen by a half-orc or someone fell for a person and found out they were a half-orc and lied to about their heretige.

Taught necromancy by his father and uncle. His mother taught him the ways of religion.

Has started a very harsh campaign on half-orcs within the capital. Anyone that 'looks like' an orc is either run out of the capital or is 'arrested' by the local constabulary. This is causing increased unrest within the city and even more across the countryside. There has been talk of the king starting to expand his arrests to other races, but as of the present it has only been noticed as some heightened punishments for criminals of 'other' races.
