Blacksmiths
Guild for blacksmiths
These can be found in all large cities and will primarily answer to a guild master, who would also be a master blacksmith. It is not a requirement for blacksmiths to be a part of a guild but it does guarantee some level of credibility to the general population of the city they reside in.
Structure
All blacksmiths in a particular location (normally when there are 8 or more) answer to the Blacksmith Guild master.
Public Agenda
Primarily ensure equal pay for equal work.
Ethics
A fair number of guild members and in some area the entire guild hold Gel'n'ven as their patron.
