Primarily all elven inhabitants with a few small number of travelers as the elves here will only allow non elves in the city for no more than one full day, after they they are escorted out of the city.

Every able bodied elf is expected to defend the city. It has been rumored that there are also a large contingent of high level elven mages, but so far this has not been proven or tested. It would, however, hold true to known elven habits.
