Animism

The belief that all things have some form of spirit or spririt guide within them. There are a large number of the population that hold this belief and are deeply devoted to it. The priests and shaman who follow this belief are able to cast spells of 1^st level and they will always have full effect/damage based on their and Saving Throws will only reduce any damage by 25%.

A Note on Animist Priests
  Shaman of this religion believe in one or more of the following spirits based upon their location and clime. It is not unlikely that a particular tribe or group may have more than one shaman each one communing with a different spirit.

Belief that it connects directly to the spirit world
