The title of the ruler of Pandora and it's Moon. Traditionally inerithed by the females of those of the Blood of Leos. The person holding this title is the single powerfull individual on the planet with total control over the legal system and the Military.
The current older of the title is Lilith of the Blood of Leos.
Qualifications
An Empress needs to have passed at least a decade in the Military before being even considered.
Requirements
An Empress should be intelligent, Strong, have a good Military record and worship the Moon and the Ygdrasil.
Appointment
An Empress is appointed by the current head of Military and the Great priests of Pandora.
Responsibilities
Overseeing The good health of the Empire, managing the finances, coding new laws, managing the armies.
Benefits
The Empress influence is unparalade and can command nearly enyone in the Empire. The Empress commands the Army, enjoy a seemingly unlimited budget, is exempt of most laws and regulations.
Accoutrements & Equipment
The Crown of Old, said to have been worn by Leos himself and passed down to all Monarchs since then.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
For poor mental health, endangering of the Empire, heinous crimes and overall tyranny.
History
Technically the first Emperor was actually the third Empress Editi but she decided to crown her predecessor as Emperors and to crown Leos as the first Emperors. Emperors have been some of the most influential and important people of Pandora, their action shaped the planets History.
Cultural Significance
Empresses are considered living gods by the general populace and the spoke person of the Moon herself.
