Ring of Thorns
The Ring of Thorns is a title granted to a leader of empire of Sylvaris. The duties of the Ring of Thorns are:
Oversee the recruitment and training of the military
Arm the military as they see fit
Vet military recruits for loyalty to the ideals of Sylvaris
Creation and acquisition of areas to house and stage Sylvaris’ military within and without that are not declared or to be declared a protected area
Ensure the safety of the citizens of Sylvaris from foreign threats and shall ensure the Heartwood Throne is notified of any actions taken to protect Sylvaris from domestic threats
The Ring of Thorns shall work with The Ring of Vines to ensure the settlement guards are well trained and properly armed
The bonuses granted by the Ring of Thorns title when activated are:
The Ring of Thorns gains either Leadership or Vile Leadership as a bonus feat. Any Cohort or Followers created using the bonus feat must be related to the defense of Sylvaris.
+2 bonus to Leadership/Vile Leadership score
