Ramiro Sanchez
Featured in the Plot of New Worlds Old Gods as one of the very disposalable npcs in the journey. Ramiro is a overall pretty kind for a Spanish colonizer, which is to say that he won't brag about the natives he definitely attacked. Sanchez has never outright seen a Old One, but has seen glimpes of their acolyte.

Ines late husband deeply cared for Sanchez when they met during their small wedding ceromony.
Ines was saved by Sanchez during her youth and was basically a close family freind afterwards. Ines was a older teen when this occured and she was attempting investagte the swamplands of Florida. When she was right about to get attacked by a gator, Sanchez was able to yell at her to get away and the two were able to escape.
Ines and Sanchez relationship weakened as she began to move towards settlements instead of swamps that Sanchez wanted to explore.
They were able to meet again at the wedding of Ines and her husband.
