Sóran

The demographics are mixed of Rasen and Nimari cultures with Kareth. For it's the home of Ashe and Thain with their companions known as family.

There is no government ruling it only Thain's rules.

Thain, Vena, Eben, and their ally beasts builds stone wood walls around their home.

They create wood or metal goods for anyone who asks. Ashe will create clothes for the burgs to trade. Thain and Vena takes duties to maintain their fighting and earn fene currency.

Base has wells, sewers, courtyard, serveral houses, large sable, forge, woodshop, gardens, and a sacred place with a alter.

The base has only main courtyard leading to the houses.

The assets are izars, healing equipment, Watcher's gear, mounts, and any of their wood or metal goods.

Ashe and Thain was sicking of the power shifting within the land. They wanted to hide and live a free life for themselves.

The beasts that roams in and nearby that seem not to belong on the land. Unique statues their family once in a while build for fun.

Their architecture of their houses are simple made with stone based wood building on top.

It has grass near the forest the base is nestle in. There is a clear lake nearby to get water from.

The base get temperate climate all year round.

Their natural resources are wood, metal, water, wool, clay, stone, dirt, leather, feathers, grain, herbs, fruits, and berries.
