Bradley MacBride, son of the former Governor of the Plains Commonwealth, Mason MacBride, emerges with his power armored-companions from the Mountain Home Bunker in Ft. Leonard Wood. They find the Ozarks are littered with tribes and struggling communities, and vow to "prepare the region for the President's arrival".
