The Fallen Queen
The ugly and unloved child of a queen grew up craving the beauty she was denied by birth. She surrounds herself with the most beautiful flowers, jewelry, and people, jealousy hoarding them like a dragon. She's a kleptomaniac who's prone to slipping jewelry off of people. She's skilled with makeup and practical effects, and can use this to appear beautiful in order to hunt or manipulate people.
Physical Description
Body Features
As a result of her hemophilia B, her skin is mottled with bruises that blossom and disappear, with near-perpetual bruises on the shins. Her joints are often swollen, and she stands and moves stiffly. Her legs are bowed, further making her movement ungainly. Her bosoms are unevenly sized, with the left being noticeably larger than the right.
Facial Features
Below her right eye, there's a large, jagged tooth growing out of her cheek. There's also a large, hard lump on her jaw from an Healing disorder. Her eyebrows are large and bushy, leading into a large, hooked nose above a mustache that she's constantly battling. Her shaving often results in a bloody upper lip. The front of her mouth is overstuffed with teeth that look like they're crawling over each other to get out, and her gums are near perpetually bleeding.

Personal history
Born in 1825 to Queen Victoria of Great Britain, she was quickly treated as the unfavored child for her bowed legs, bushy eyebrows and hooked nose. Her sisters teased her, calling her an ugly witch, and no suitors wanted her. As a teenager, she ran away from her home, purse stuffed full of valuables. She found life on the streets incredibly rough, and developed a cutthroat attitude from it. She eventually came across a Vampire, who upon speaking with her, became too intrigued by her to simply drain her as he planned. Instead, he gave her some of her blood, and with it a chance to take what she desired.
Morality & Philosophy
The Fallen Queen is a rather selfish individual, who feels no remorse for stealing from or screwing over others. For her entire life, she was considered unvaluable due to her lack of beauty. Since becoming a vampire, she's struck out at that idea by stealing and hoarding useless but beautiful items, and their value along with them.
Taboos
Calling her 'ugly' 'a hag' or any variation thereof will enrage The Fallen Queen. In the heat of the moment, she may commit murder, and if she doesn't get an immediate outlet for her rage, she is likely to simmer down and scheme.
