Cult of Shar
A secret and ancient organization, dedicated to the worship of Shar and committed to doing her bidding. Since Shar is the Mistress of the Night, and Darkness itself, she is a neutral evil goddess and has no popular, organized religion. Worship of her happens in the shadows.
There are many cults that worship Shar across Toril, and they are only loosely organized, with no real leadership or hierarchal structure other than Shar herself being the leader.
Shar speaks directly to these cultists when the need arises, but having no real worshipers in Toril, she is quite weak and unable to directly influence affairs much more than that.
