Broken Rod of Shar's Madness
A relic of an old religion in Daerlun, this rod would've been used to amplify the connection between a member of the Cult of Shar and Shar herself. Breaking open the top allowed Circle Wizard Pyline Amer to inflict a group of commoners and Daerlun City Guards with Shar's Madness, but it has rendered the rod broken and its power is gone.
