Week 1

Assignment 1 - Think about Nourishment

I've been thinking about this one a lot. As this world is a living library, the library itself is in need of nourishment (the ideas and creations of people within the library). But also the communities situated within The Stacks. With both nomadic (The Spineweavers ) and stationary (The Dustbound ) communities, the resources are sparse to some and plentiful to others.

Assignment 2 - Re-nourish Your Motivations

I will be mainly focusing on The Spineweavers, a nomadic society with magic as its core, and the Screaming Revolution, a war between The Silent Concord and The Second Tongue.

Assignment 3 - Revisit your World

Since I just started this world there are no outdated articles or meta.

Week 2

Assignment 1 - Foundational Roots

Looking at The Spineweavers culture, their past is riddled with puzzles and religious iconography. Their past is shrouded in mystery, somewhat like them. With only the elders (name TBD) allowed to learn and teach their history.

Assignment 3 - Back to Your Roots

As this is my first world, these are my first notes on world building. I am excited to see how far I can go in this world.

Week 3 - Metamorphosis

Assignment 1

Transformations and adaptions among the spineweaver culture is many. There is a history of structure and order within their culture, however they also have history of revolution and ultra-control. Currently, the Null Flame and the Silent Concord is causing terror among the spineweavers. This is impacting the structure and tightness of the magic.

Assignment 2 - Shake It Up

I checked out some new classical music. As I am a fan of mostly Russian composers branching into the more romantic style of the French composers helped me gain a new perspective. Especially because when going back and re-listening to the Russian composers (mostly Shostakovich) you then get a more rounded understanding of the pieces and how that affects your emotions.

Assignment 3 - Learning

I read articles based in the world of Dark-Fall by Ninne124, specifically their entry article and primer for their world. I loved the setup and layout of these articles, it helped me understand what a primer/entry article should look like.

Week 4 - Tomorrow

Assignment 1 - Future

There are many different people competing for the future. The Silent Concord prefers utter silence and the destruction of thought, while the spineweavers prefer for the Motherbook to feast on new ideas.

Assignment 2 - Writing Space

Everything is prepped and ready for me to write.

Assignment 3 - Strategy

The sharing strategy is Discord.
