Dr. Alistair Locke, a council member of Chimera Corp, stands as a striking figure with his large musclebound body, dark complexion and cascading long hair. Among the enhanced council members, Alistair's physique is robust and muscular, a result of genetic alterations that have bestowed him with tremendous strength and power. His skin and organs have been reinforced, rendering him remarkably durable, and his imposing presence is accentuated by elongated and pointed ears, a testament to his enhanced auditory perception.   Unlike some of his ambitious peers, Dr. Locke's defining characteristic among the council is his empathy and compassion. As the overseer of the Felionions, his care and affection for these hybrid creatures go beyond scientific curiosity. He diligently observes their behaviors, emotions, and needs, striving to create a nurturing environment where they can flourish and thrive.
