Giant's Reign: Survivors and their Burdens

Premise:

This setting was designed with the idea that all player's are aware of the danger the warring races present, as well as the darker theme that the desperation for survival can create. Each Adventure will be geared towards party interest, and as a group you a free to pursue whichever genre of game you want to play out in this setting.

In this setting you will be starting as part of a transport of thralls. It is common knowledge that most Giants and Giantkin keep thralls. Your life quality heavily depends on where you were originally a thrall from or if you were previously a thrall at all, and there will be a list of backgrounds to pick from.

There exists more exotic backgrounds and options should you want something a bit different. If nothing seems to fit I can work with you to create a custom background.

For one reason or another you have been reassigned to be moved to the Capitol Voninheim. The Crater of which is feared by all thralls who know of it. You could be food, bait, workforce, or something much more horrifying.

Keep in mind this specific part of the campaign starts at level 1.

All published classes will be available. You might even pick something that adds a whole new layer to this world.

Misc:

There are Firearms that exist but are hard to acquire as their design was lost when the Dwarves fell. Proficiency requires a feat.
There exists 2 special types of magic and later feats called Rune Scribe and Dragon's Tongue.
For Deities there are scattered worshippers of deities from Norse, Greek, and Egyptian Pantheons. Feel free to pick your favorite. The Titans are also available Deities.
Warlock Patrons: Asmodeus, Ulutiu, Othea, Tiamat, Memnor, and the Midgar Serpent. We can work to create one specifc for you too.
