Etusii
Etusii is an old God that is considered the guard of the clouds, mainly in Rakscher but his stories are being told all over Oschata. He's often spotted sitting on the deep sitting clouds above the Capital of Rakscher, viewing the busy streets and enjoying the Ocean Air from not too far. Etusii is strict and one might say he has the energy of a teacher, though unlike a teacher he's rather short with explaining things and leaves one clueless.
